About
Axiome, the company behind Lumina
Axiome builds Lumina, the AI assistant for industrial manufacturers: it answers your teams’ questions from your own technical documentation, and always cites the document the answer comes from.
Why Axiome exists
In an industrial company, the technical information almost always exists. Engineering writes it, in product sheets, operating procedures, catalogues and manuals. But it is not available when sales, order desk or after-sales need it, in front of a customer.
Everyone knows the result: a salesperson waiting for engineering before answering, a technician searching binders for the right procedure, a newcomer interrupting experts with basic questions. It is not a lack of skill, it is a problem of how the information is distributed.
Axiome was created to solve that problem, and only that one.
What Lumina does
Lumina reads your technical documents and answers your teams’ questions in their own terms: a technical answer for after-sales, a selling point for sales, the exact procedure for the workshop. Every answer links to the document and page it comes from. If the information is not in your documentation, Lumina says so instead of making it up.
Unanswered questions are reported back to you: they show exactly where your documentation needs to be completed.
Our principles
An answer is not an opinion: it is a traceable consequence of the source. That is the meaning of the name Axiome (French for axiom), from which a conclusion follows like a theorem. Lumina carries the other half of the promise: clarity, for every role.
We do not build a general-purpose assistant or custom projects. Lumina is a product, the same for all our customers, tuned to your roles during setup from your own documents. When a need comes up with several customers, it becomes a module in the catalogue.
- Sourced answers, never guesses
