Is my data private?
Yes. With Lumina Cloud, your data is isolated from other clients’ data. With Lumina Edge, the platform runs on your own infrastructure: your documents and conversations stay with you, and only the excerpts needed for each answer are sent, encrypted, to the AI service that writes it, without being stored there. Either way, nothing is shared and your data is not used to train the AI models we use.
What’s the hosting model?
Hosting managed by our team: your data is stored in Belgium, in the European Union. Capacity adjusts automatically to your usage, secure document storage. For an instance inside your own information system: Lumina Edge.
What is the commitment term?
36 months, for both Lumina Cloud and Lumina Edge. Paying annually upfront gives you a −8% discount.
What happens if AI usage exceeds €10 per seat?
Lumina Cloud includes AI usage up to €10 excl. VAT per seat per month, i.e. €200 for 20 seats. You receive an alert at 80%. Beyond that, the overage is billed at the end of the month at actual cost + 15%, with no question quota and no switch to a less capable engine. As a safeguard, usage is suspended at €13 per seat (130%); this threshold can be raised for clients whose payments are up to date. On Lumina Edge, all AI usage is billed at actual cost + 15%.
What if I have more than 20 users?
20 seats are included. Beyond that, seats are added in blocks of 10, at €300/month per block.
Is the pilot mandatory?
No. It is an option at €3,500 excl. VAT: 6 weeks on part of your documents. If you sign afterwards, this amount is credited against the setup fee.
Can we install it on our own servers?
Yes, that’s Lumina Edge: €2,850/month excl. VAT, AI usage not included, plus a setup fee from €18,500, deployment and document import included.
Can I tailor the assistant to my business?
Yes. During setup, the assistant is configured for your business and your teams’ questions, from your own technical documents.
Can Lumina carry our brand colours?
Yes. With Lumina Cloud, the application uses your colours. With Lumina Edge, it also carries the product name of your choice, with the mention “by Axiome”.
